Value Vacation is a travel agency specializing in Kashmir travel packages and Umrah pilgrimage services. We act as an intermediary between you and travel service providers (hotels, transport, airlines, etc.).

3. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Value Vacation.
• Prices are subject to change based on seasonal demand and availability until a booking is confirmed with a deposit.
• Full payment or a specified deposit must be made at the time of booking as per the package requirements.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific travel package and service providers involved. Generally:

• Cancellations made within a certain period before the travel date may incur fees.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the specific terms of the package booked.
• Umrah packages may have specific non-refundable components due to Saudi Ministry regulations.

5. Responsibilities and Liability

• It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents (Passports, Visas, Permits).
• Value Vacation is not liable for delays, losses, or accidents caused by third-party service providers or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, political unrest).
• We recommend all travelers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir.
